1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bq999 platform and all its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on bq999, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to players in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must reside in an area where online gaming is legal.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• All personal information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. bq999 will never ask for your password by email or chat. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2.3 Identity Verification

bq999 may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit. bq999 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request for fraud prevention purposes.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. The current wagering requirement is 20x.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each account may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to circumvent bonus terms will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• bq999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5 VIP Program & Rewards

bq999 has four VIP tiers for regular players. Each tier provides additional benefits and weekly cashback:

VIP tier advancement depends on your overall activity on the platform. Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week. bq999 reserves the right to modify the rules of the VIP program.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
• bq999 reserves the right to void payments made as a result of technical errors.
• The use of software bots or automated systems during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to deliberately influence the outcome of a game will result in account termination.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on various cricket tournaments (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and more. Before placing any bet, confirm that the odds are correct — bets cannot be changed after confirmation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting any game or platform vulnerability or technical error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Account Suspension or Termination

bq999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

In the event of account termination, a valid balance (net deposits excluding bonuses) will generally be returned, though this may not apply in cases of fraud.
